Returns
Pieces can be returned, but they must come back in very good condition — unworn, unwashed, and with nothing removed or altered.
Tell us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can sort it out quickly. Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and a photo of the piece.
Made to order pieces are crocheted in your size and colour, so we can only accept those back if something is genuinely wrong with the piece.
Return postage is covered by you unless the piece arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Every piece is crocheted by hand, so small differences in texture and finish are part of how it is made rather than a fault.
