Privacy

Plainly: we collect what we need to make your piece and get it to you, and nothing else.

What we collect. When you order we ask for your name, phone number, email address and delivery address. If you give a second phone number, we keep that too — it is only ever used to reach you about your delivery.

Why we need it. To make the piece in the right size and colour, to send it to the right place, to tell you how your order is going, and to answer you if something goes wrong.

Card details. We never see or store them. Payments are handled entirely by Paystack and Flutterwave, who are licensed for it. Your card details go to them, not to us — we only ever learn whether a payment succeeded.

Visitor numbers. We count how many people open the site each day so we know whether anyone is finding it. That is a tally only — no names, no location tracking, nothing that follows you to other websites.

The newsletter. If you leave your email for updates, it is used for exactly that. Ask us to remove you and we will, immediately.

Who else sees it. Nobody, beyond what is needed to complete your order — the payment provider, and whoever delivers your parcel. We do not sell or share your details with anyone, ever.

Your choices. Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email bydami12@gmail.com and we will sort it out. We keep order records while we may still need them for returns and our own accounts.
