Short and in plain words, so there are no surprises either way.

Everything is made by hand. Most pieces are crocheted after you order, in your size and colour. That means small differences in texture, finish and shade between one piece and another are normal — it is the nature of handmade work, not a fault.

Colours on a screen. Yarn colour can look different on your phone than in daylight. We match your choice as closely as our yarns allow and will send a photo before posting if you ask.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in naira, with dollars available for international orders. Payment is taken in full before a piece is started, through Paystack or Flutterwave. Prices can change, but never after you have paid for an order.

Timing. The making and delivery times on our delivery page are honest estimates, not guarantees. Handmade work occasionally takes longer. If your order will be late, we will tell you rather than leave you wondering.

Returns. Set out in full on the returns page. In short: pieces can come back in very good condition, and made to order pieces only if something is genuinely wrong with them.

Patterns and courses. A pattern or course you buy is for your own use. You are very welcome to sell pieces you make from it. Please do not resell, share or republish the pattern itself.

Our photographs and designs. The photos, designs and words on this site belong to Crochet by Dami. Please do not use them to sell your own work.

If something goes wrong. Tell us first. Almost everything is fixable, and we would far rather put it right than have you unhappy. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
